UNIYOUNG’s<\/strong><\/span> stretch film addopts all virgin materials, such as ExxonMobil Chemical Exxon and Dow Chemical Dow imported Linear Low- Density Polyethylene(LLDPE) resins and Metallocene raw materials, and we mostly produce cast stretch film<\/p>\n

Stretch film is used to wrap the products on the pallet and fix them to each other on the pallet. It helps to reduce product loss, prevent load tampering, and reduce worker injury.<\/p>\n

Now commonly used is cast stretch film.<\/p>\n

Cast stretch film – also known as cast stretch wrap, manufactured using a cast extrusion process. The casting extrusion process is a continuous process through which the thermoplastic material is melted and extruded to the cold roll through the flat die, and then quenched and re solidified on the cold roll. This process makes the cast film tensile film have excellent transparency, less force required for stretching, stronger tear resistance, quietly unfold from the machine and provide excellent adhesion. There are machine grade and manual grade casting stretch films to choose from.<\/p>\n

Advantages of cast stretch film – cast stretch film is cheaper than blown stretch film due to lower manufacturing cost, so it is more popular. Higher clarity allows users to see packaged products. Compared with blown stretch packaging, cast stretch packaging can be unfolded quietly than blow stretch film. Cast stretch film provides double-sided stickers to keep the package safe.<\/p>\n
